Though you'll feel worlds away, this property is just minutes from historic downtown Berkeley Springs filled with unique shops, local dining and cultural attractions. Stay with us and you'll enjoy free EV charging, all you can eat s'mores by the fire pit, and a tranquil escape in the forest to reconnect with nature. We're located about two hours from Baltimore, MD and Washington, D.C. - and about 2.5 hours from Pittsburgh, PA. We’re new to this platform so please check out our 5 star reviews on another popular listing site.

This place is OUTSTANDING! From the booking process to the ease of checking in, all the way thru with how clean and relaxing it feels as soon as you enter the cabin. I appreciated Kevin responding to messages when I had questions- he is very friendly and welcoming. I love how I felt very at home with all the little details like having coffee pods with sweeteners & creamers, shampoo/conditioner in the shower, plenty of wood for fires, little candles to light at night- all felt very cozy and made the weekend so enjoyable and relaxing. Lots of snow was still outside so didn’t get to use all the games and amenities like the yoga deck or kayaks - so will definitely book again come warmer weather. And a special thank you for having a dog bed and bowls for my big fur baby- he had a blast!!

I chose this location in Great Cacapon, WV due to its proximity to the charming town of Berkeley Springs, WV and easy access to Cacapon Resort State Park. This Park is loaded with great hiking and mountain bike trails as well as golf, horseback riding, and a man-made lake for swimming.
