Upon arrival it’s deceiving where to go, there’s a gate on the property you have to get out and open to drive up to the studio, parking wasn’t clear so we used the grass. There’s also dogs that will greet you, they are friendly but will approach you barking. The listing looks like you’re getting the entire building but their personal art studio takes up about 3/4 of the building. There’s no AC and the windows are small so not much airflow, by 9pm the inside was 90 degrees. Bedroom has 1 small window and it’s upstairs so stayed pretty toasty. The spiral staircase can be slippery so use caution if you have to get up to use the bathroom that’s downstairs. For it being compatible to sleep 4, that’s about all you can do here. The kitchen is what you see in the picture, there’s just a hot plate and microwave. No oven and the bbq grill is a very small charcoal camp grill. If you’re planning to eat, it is necessary to go out for meals. Lots of midday rainstorms so it was requested to keep windows closed when we were gone, there are no curtains to even block the sun during the day. Place would be ok for anyone planning to just use it for sleep, it is super cute but not very functional. It didn’t end up suiting our needs so we had to get a motel in town after a few days. For us to book again there would have to be AC or curtains, and a French press that isn’t broken.
