Located near the Equestrian and Tennis Centers and the Lake House facilities, this home is convenient to so many activities. The neighborhood pool/ picnic area is a short walk from this home. If you are heading to the beach, there are 11 different beach accesses with parking pads along Oyster Catcher Court and Seabrook Island Road (approx. 2.2 miles). Walk or ride the path around Palmento Lake to the Lake House facility were you can use the indoor pool/fitness center (fees apply), outdoor pool (no fees), or play on the playground or basketball court. The Club is approximately 3.2 miles from the house.

Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.

This property will have a dedicated rental 6-seater LSV available for guest to rent thru Lightning Bugz via an app. (Instructions on the cart itself. All LSV questions to be directed to Lightning Bugz only. This cart rental possesses one of the available rental gate passes allowed for this unit.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
