Brand new furnishings are nestled throughout this historic home in a safe, friendly neighborhood. Snuggle up on the screened porch with your evening cocktail or cup of coffee.

The one-story home offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower/bathtub combo, a cozy screened porch, and a sunroom. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig coffee machine and everything you'll need to dine in. YouTube TV is available on a flat screen in the living area above the fireplace. If you need to work remotely, the home's Wifi is the fastest in the area. The laundry area is equipped with detergents, pillows, additional sheets & bedding. Enjoy coffee or an evening cocktail on the private, screened back porch!
