Located on the ground floor of Villa Kaja, the spacious “Achterland” apartment awaits you in a prime location right on Lake Wolgast. Here, high-quality amenities and modern style come together to create a harmonious overall design. The open-concept living area invites you to linger. Use the fully equipped kitchenette to prepare your meals, relax on the comfortable seating, or wind down the evening in front of the fireplace. On the large south-facing balcony, which opens off the living area, you can enjoy pleasant evenings. The sleeper sofa can also accommodate a third person, ideally a child. The spacious bedroom with a double bed easily fits an additional travel cot. The windows can be darkened with exterior roller shades. Enjoy the fantastic view of Lake Wolgast as soon as you wake up, or open the door to the second balcony to have a sunny breakfast outdoors. For our younger guests, a travel cot with a mattress (no linens included) and a high chair are available.
A bathroom with natural light and a walk-in shower rounds out the comfortable amenities.

A parking space is located right next to the house. Free Wi-Fi is available.
You can safely store your bikes in the lockable bike storage room. Your four-legged friend is a welcome guest in this apartment.
