Saddleview Lodge is entering a new chapter. A full redesign is underway, transforming the space into a home meant to be experienced, not just stayed in. We are currently closed during this transition and are now accepting reservations ahead of the relaunch, with the calendar open for stays beginning in late May.

The home spans over 4,500 square feet, plus a fully finished Alpine Recovery Room and approximately 1,300 square feet of outdoor decks and patios, backing directly to the White River National Forest.
4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms are arranged across two levels, offering both privacy and flexibility for a range of group sizes.
Gathering Spaces:
• Great room anchored by a floor to ceiling river rock fireplace with two seating areas, plus shuffleboard
• Dining room on the other side of the three sided fireplace with seating for 12
• Kitchen with oversized picture window, double ovens, and fully stocked for group meals
• Family room for movies, games, and a separate hangout space
• Upstairs loft reimagined as a saloon with poker table, seating area, and foosball
• The Alpine Recovery Room with sauna, massage chairs, and dedicated space for gear and post-mountain reset
• Private 8 person saltwater hot tub
Bedrooms:
• Bedroom 1 (main floor): King bed with ensuite
• Bedroom 2 (upstairs): Two queen beds, queen sleeper sofa, ensuite
• Bedroom 3 (upstairs): King bed plus loft area with twin bed
• Bedroom 4 (upstairs): Queen bed
Guests have full access to the home, including all indoor living spaces, outdoor decks and patios, hot tub, and The Alpine Recovery Room.
The garage is not available for vehicle parking and is set up as The Alpine Recovery Room.
One owner’s closet is locked and not accessible.
Verification & Rental Agreement
To ensure a secure stay for everyone, we ask all guests to complete an identity verification via Truvi and sign our rental agreement within 72 hours of booking. Once these are checked off, we’ll release your check-in instructions so you can start planning your arrival! Please note that reservations may be subject to cancellation if these steps aren`t completed within the timeframe.

These mandatory standards cover local expectations for things like noise, parking, and trash. We appreciate your cooperation in following these local laws during your visit!
