Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We kindly ask that you check out by 10:00 AM. If the cleaning team arrives and the property is not fully vacated, a late departure fee will be charged. Thank you for understanding.
Please make sure all the lights and tv are off before departing the unit.
Please make sure all trash is gathered and placed in the trash bin inside the unit. If that is full, big trash cans are located by the barn behind the gate.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
-No unregistered guests/visitors allowed. We only allow registered guests on property. Quiet hours begin at 9pm.
The pool and hot tub on property are reserved exclusively for main house guests only and are not included with this reservation. Thank you.
No smoking/vaping inside. Doing so will result in an automatic fee and will be asked to vacate. Any additional fees incurred will be billed to you.
