You’ll love my place! 2912 Pass A Grille Way is only steps to pristine secluded beach, with a pool by the door. just on the market completely renovated, newly furnished. One story, no stairs. Plenty of parking. Restaurants, grocery store and Pharmacy within a mile. Residential area, very private part of St Pete Beach. Oasis by the Gulf! Excellent sand for walking. Breathtaking sunsets. Warm weather, beautiful winter days and nights.

This is a true Oasis. The entrance to the beach is a very short walk. And the beach is almost like a private beach since there is no street parking close by. And then having a swimming pool right outside your door was a definite treat. Kitchen was well stocked, bedding was nice, everything was clean. Additionally, the owner has beach chairs and umbrellas and toys readily available to the guests. Loved our stay and plan to stay again!

We enjoyed our visit very much!Only negative thing was the traffic noise.It’s a short walk to the beach and nothing but beach sounds there.Spacious apartment, comfortable beds and other furniture. We cooked in a lot and the kitchen was nice, gas grill also.We recommend staying here.

We wanted a quiet and relaxing vacation. We got it. Only two other condos available so crowds weren't a problem. There was some noise from other guest, but they quit at 11:00pm sharp, which was fine because we watched TV till then anyway. The Pool was very nice (and warm). Just a short walk to the beach but had to drive to any restaurants.

Comfortable beds, cooked in a lot, pool steps from door, very quiet and private. Beach is across the street and has a cute path leading to the water. Host was very helpful and accommodating! We’ll be back
