The property itself is a 4-bed, 3-bath home on 9+ acres, offering a quiet, private setting just outside town. Any homes nearby are only slightly visible and sit on their own large lots.

The broader Oakhurst area is a mid-size foothill town, known for its relaxed, suburban-rural vibe. Being near the southern gateway of Yosemite sets a scenic tone for the whole region—towering pines, rolling hills, and a backdrop of Sierra peaks are everyday sights. For folks who love green spaces and fresh air, there’s plenty to explore nearby:

You will have access to the entire house! There is a locked owner’s closet in the hallway and a locked cabinet in the primary walkin closet. Please do not try to access it during your stay. Spacious parking for vehicles with an easy roundabout. Our driveway is a long gravel road leading up to the home. It has some uneven spots, so we recommend driving slowly for a smooth arrival. The property covers 9+ acres of rustic, undeveloped land. For safety, please stick to the outdoor spaces around the home and avoid venturing too far into the natural areas.
