2-family house "Angela". 500 m from the centre of Caldè, 600 m from the lake. For shared use: property 500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Stepped path (6 steps) to the house. Parking. Supermarket 700 m, restaurant 600 m, bar, bus stop "Laveno - Luino" 100 m, railway station "Caldè" 600 m, shingle beach 700 m (small). Please note: Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. Railway line 150 m from the property. Dogs can stay in the small fenced area in front of the apartment but not in the shared garden.

ITALIEN Urlaub

Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, alles drin was mann braucht ,sehr liebe Eigentümer, sehr gut für Hunde großer abgeschlossener Garten. Aber die Unterkunft war sehr schwer zu finden, da die Einfahrt in einer Kurfe liegt. Und was noch negativ war ,waren Nachbars Hunde von früh bis abends nur gebelle, nur gut das unsere Hündin da nicht mitgemacht hat.Ansonnsten sehr zu Empfehlen

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Nicht die modernste Wohnung, aber für den Preis absolut ok . Positiv: Sehr geräumig. Obwohl nicht angegeben gab es eine Waschmaschine. Gemütlich kleine Terasse. Nicht ganz so schön: Die Schlafzimmer / Matratzen haben einen stockigen Geruch , sollten mal erneuert werden . Die Duscharmatur war sehr schwergängig. Zufahrt zum Grundstück echt gefährlich. Aber alles in allem eine vernünftige Unterkunft . Wir hatten im Juli 2025 einen tollen Urlaub !

Im großen und ganzen recht gut. Störend waren die bellenden Hunde im Umfeld. Schade war auch dass keine Liegestuhlauflagen vorhanden waren und es zum reinigen nur einen Besen gibt. Ein Staubsauger wäre hygienischer gewesen.

Conclusion de séjour

Nous avons trouvé le logement glacé. Le chauffage n'était plus de mise suivant l'annonce mais que faire dans un local glacé (et je pèse mes mots) et muni d'une seule couverture pour le grand lit. D'autre part, le robinet de douche était très difficile à bouger à tel point que je l'ai cru bloqué ce qui m'a amené à téléphoner à Interhome car je craignais de le casser. Quelques heures après, il m'a été dit que je pouvais forcer car le robinet était effectivement très dur.

Nous regrettons que votre arrivée dans le logement ait été marquée par une sensation de froid. Bien que le chauffage ne soit pas prévu à cette période, des couvertures supplémentaires ont désormais été mises à disposition. Le problème du robinet de douche a également été réglé. Nous vous remercions d’avoir signalé ces points, qui nous aident à améliorer la qualité de notre service.

Lieblosigkeit

Es fehlen Wasserkocher, Schälchen und Schüssel, gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten, Dekoration, Sonnenlicht uvm. Die Wohnung ist lieblos, kalt und dunkel. Das WLan funktioniert nicht richtig und Mobilfunk ist auch unzureichend, um das WLan zu ersetzen. Man wird von tausenden Stechmücken überfallen und den Müll muss man am Ende auch noch selbst wegbringen. Bei Ankunft war der Boden dreckig, sodass nochmal eigenständig geputzt werden musste. Die Decken und Kissen muffen nach Motten.

Danke für das Feedback. Ein Wasserkocher gehört nicht zur Grundausstattung der Wohnung. Die Einrichtung wurde nochmals kontrolliert und sichergestellt, dass sie vollständig ist und unserer Ausschreibung entspricht. Die WLAN-Verbindung sollte stabil sein, jedoch kann die Signalstärke je nach Lage im Haus variieren. Die lokalen Kollegen werden Ihre Hinweise zur Sauberkeit und den Kissen berücksichtigen, um die Erfahrungen unserer Gäste zu verbessern. Wir weisen darauf hin, dass die Müllentsorgung von der Gemeinde festgelegt ist. Beachten Sie bitte, dass unser Team vor Ort auch gern während des Urlaubs für Sie da ist.

Parfait

Notre location était très propre, on avait tout ce qu’il fallait pour passer un agréable séjour ! Le hic, énormément de moustiques, nous nous sommes fait dévorer !! Il manquait aussi 1 ou 2 torchons pour essuyer la vaisselle à part cela ce fut très bien

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist super. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene mit zwei Hunden. Der riesige Garten konnte von uns mitbenutzt werden. Hat natürlich unseren Beiden super gefallen. Freisitz für uns alleine mit toller Morgensonne. Liegen, Sonnenschirm, Tisch, Stühle, Grill - alles da und alles sehr, sehr ordentlich. Der Ort selbst ist klein und überschaubar. Supermarkt und Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr kleiner Badestrand am Ort. Leider nicht für Hunde erlaubt.

Wir waren mit dem Hund Ende Mai im Urlaub das Haus ist gut ausgestattet jedoch wenn das Wetter nicht so toll ist wird es kalt es geht keine Heizung das Wasser dauert sehr lange bis es warm wir ! Am besten gleich bei der Anfahrt im Garten Parken...

De woning viel op door de grote oppervlakte, echter is gesitueerd in kelder die via kleine trapjes wordt bereikt. De inrichting was erg basic en bijna ongezellig. Het ontbreken van stofzuiger als je met honden reist is lastig. De wifi is fantastisch, echter er zit geen internet achter. Geen douche maar een bad, zonder handgrepen of antislip mat.

Ik heb wel een paar kleine kanttekeningen: 1) Communicatie met agent voor sleuteloverdracht was warrig, de informatie over afhandelen van vuilnis onduidelijk (eigenaar zou zelf de zakken voor afvalscheiding kunnen verstrekken); 2) Op de foto zie je een woonhuis, het appartement bevondt zich onder het huis, foto is dus een beetje misleidend; 3) Verlichting in de vertrekken te scherp, dimmer of schemerlamp ontbreekt. Verder fijne vakantie gehad ;-)
