Our stay was amazing, very nice and clean and well supplied. We are coffee drinkers and the coffee pot was not up to parr. The bedrooms all were well decor ed. However our son in law, works remote, and the bedrooms didn’t have a desk. Our overall experience was to our expectations, and we would love to return in the near future. The place is beautiful .

Beautiful, clean house just minutes from the beach. We enjoyed our stay. It does get very warm upstairs, as the AC unit controls are downstairs by the master bedroom. The front second bedroom also gets warm compared to the rest of the house. However there are ceiling fans and additional fans in all the closets. If coming from out of town, you need to bring all your own beach gear, towels, chairs, boogie boards, toys. A couple of chairs would have been nice. Pool towels are provided.

Loved this house! It was a perfect setup for 3 families with plenty of space.Be sure to rent a golf cart so you can drive across the boardwalk to the beach. It was so quick and easy!

This is a wonderful and beautiful high end property. We celebrated our anniversary here and enjoyed every moment. The master and one additional bedroom is on the lower level. There is a nice pond view from the back covered patio.

This is the second time our family has stayed at this wonderful vacation rental, and once again, we had an amazing experience! We were so happy it was available for us to rent again this year.The home is absolutely beautiful and exceptionally clean—truly immaculate. It has everything a family could possibly need, including a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans, great amenities, and even soap, shampoo, and conditioner in every bathroom. You can tell that a lot of thought and care has gone into making guests feel comfortable and at home.One of our favorite features is the beautiful pond view in the backyard. We loved sitting out on the patio, relaxing with drinks and enjoying the peaceful scenery. The pool is literally right across the street, and the beach is within walking distance, which makes the location perfect.Another huge plus for our family is that the property is pet-friendly, which can be difficult to find with vacation rentals. We really appreciate being able to bring our pets along and enjoy our vacation together as a family.The house is also just a short drive from the main Port Aransas area, where there are plenty of local restaurants, shops, and things to do. We enjoyed fishing, spending time at the beach, relaxing by the pool, and simply enjoying the property.We had the best time and would absolutely stay here again. This has become one of our favorite places for a family vacation, and we highly recommend!
