This cosy holiday rental, which sleeps up to 4 people, is located on the upper floor and offers comfortable and well-equipped accommodation in a space of approximately 60 m². The living area is furnished with a sofa set, a dining table, a TV (satellite/cable), and a radio with a CD/DVD player, so you can enjoy some relaxing time. The modern kitchenette features an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle—everything you need for <br>meal preparation. <br>The holiday rental has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and one with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet. A washing machine provides additional convenience. A cot and a high chair are available for younger guests. <br>The south-facing balcony is perfect for relaxing outdoors, and a parking space right next to the apartment is also available. Reliable Wi-Fi is, of course, included.<br>A bike shed, a garden, and a barbecue area are available for shared use. Pets are not allowed.<br><br><br>Note regarding possible additional costs:<br>For departures on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, a 50% surcharge will be added to the cleaning fee. Under certain circumstances, it may be possible to adjust the travel dates to avoid the surcharge. Please note that bookings from June through September must be as continuous as possible.<br><br>If bed linens and/or towels are not provided in the booked property, they can be added to the reservation. We charge €12 per set for bed linens and €8 per set for towels. A linen change is not provided.<br><br>The visitor’s tax is based on Prerow’s current regulations and must be paid in cash upon arrival at the VVR Flöter rental office.<br><br>Subject to errors and changes!
