Owner was exceptionally responsive to any questions I had! Much better than other stays I've had with other places. Beach access is provided via two different entry points that are legitimately a minute or less walk. I would recommend bringing backs or renting a golf cart if wanting to go down to boardwalk but it's certainly walkable. We did so three separate evenings. Pool was nice and large enough for the complex. Back porch looks out right on it. Front porch swing and rockers were great to enjoy and with the shade you really could all day long. Would definitely rent there again.
