This is the upstairs bedroom of Casa 1—designed for the solo traveler or traveling partners who don't need a fridge or kitchen and just want a place to sleep for the night while spending the day exploring the town, surfing, or sightseeing. The bonus is that you get access to our pool, laundry room, free parking, and an incredible wraparound porch to watch the sunset over the ocean.

Your stay features a king-size bed, generous closet space in both the bedroom and bathroom, and a modern spa-style shower with a rain shower, handheld shower head, and foot wash. The oversized terrace provides a quiet place to take in ocean and mountain views. Guests also enjoy shared access to the saltwater pool and laundry room, with complimentary detergent provided.

**GUEST ACCESS**
This bedroom has its own private entrance and is fully separate from the downstairs living space. If the lower level is occupied, you may share walls with other guests, but there is no need for direct interaction.

A car is necessary to access the property and get around town. The road to the house is unpaved and rocky. We suggest something with a bit more ground clearance. Free secure parking is available onsite.

**NEARBY ATTRACTIONS**
The villa is just a 10-minute walk (0.4 miles / 0.6 km) to the beach and the birdwatching lagoon. Enjoy easy access to fishing spots and peaceful walks along the shoreline.

Surfers will love the world-class waves at La Pastora, just two miles north. From December to mid-March, you may even spot whales right from the upstairs terrace.
