Our family enjoyed a wonderful getaway at this beautiful, comfortable cottage! The amenities were perfect for our large group and Loren communicated so well with us throughout our stay. A lovely setting and close to all the North Shore “must see” sites. Highly recommend!

Hosts were super friendly and came over quickley when we ran out of propane for The blackstone grill. Great place for families as it has playground for kids, and firepit for snores. Great location in-between duluth and two harbors . Super clean and had everything we needed.

This was a fantastic cabin to stay for my whole family on my daughter's graduation weekend.The beds were very comfortable and we had all the amenities we needed. Our host brought us wood so we could enjoy a lovely campfire. We had great communication with our hosts if we had a question or needed anything. Would highly recommend!!

Everything about our weekend at this beautiful cottage went above and beyond our expectations. The Johnstons were incredibly kind and caring and made the check-in and check-out process a breeze. The home was clean, warm, and inviting. From the numerous cozy and comfortable beds, to the luxurious sauna, our family enjoyed every part. There was truly something for every age: memories in the snow and on the swing set with the kids, games and puzzles, and stocked coffee bar, to name a few. With the close proximity to Duluth, we were able to go out on a few excursions and still have plenty of time together at the cottage. Thank you to the Johnstons for sharing this little slice heaven!

We had a great time in the Duluth area! The host was very quick in responding to our questions! The home was nearly perfect meeting our expectations. Modern open style inside. We had 6 adults and 4 children 8 yrs and under. Plenty of space and decent sized bedrooms. Very clean kitchen and bathrooms, showers excellent, the whole house was very clean! Bedrooms great, lots of extra bedding. Bathrooms clean and well stocked with toilet paper. You will have to bring your own soaps and such but I've never expected otherwise with rented facilities. The kitchen very well stocked with pots and pans and utensils. We never lacked an item to do our meal preps and cooking and we did a lot of that. The coffee stand was amazing, far better than any I've seen. Ninja equipped, to make kcups (stocked), regular drip - cups or pots, pour overs, as well as a large Moka pot. Kcups supplied, but being a coffee nut, I had brought my own coffee, grinder, etc. So I can't say about the supplied coffee quality. Outside very nice rugged wooden children's swing and climbing set in the yard, a fire pit, plenty of Adirondack and other style chairs to use. Griddle style grill, very clean. Picnic table under an open-air roof. The yard's not big but really no need for that. We had three cars, no problem parking. One of the best Vrbo's we've visited! It sounds like I'm a relative of the host, but I am not! We would highly recommend to others.

The pictures didn’t do it justice! It’s a beautiful home with a very nicely equipped kitchen and a great coffee maker (which is obviously very important!). The host was very helpful and friendly. I would highly reccomend this place!

This was a fantastic property just outside of Duluth and was perfect for our group of nine people. Plenty of seating in living and dining areas and nice outdoor space with a fire pit. The kitchen was very well stocked. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this property.
