This ground floor apartment can accommodate 5 people. Apartment is situated in a villa with heated pool. Pool is shared with two other apartments in the house. The apartment offers: two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room with possibility of sleeping for one person, kitchen and a private terrace with grill. Kitchen is equipped with electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and coffee maker. All bedrooms + living room have air-condition. You also have washing machine, hair dryer, bed sheets and towels.
NOTE: A security deposit in the amount of 150,00 EUR must be left and will be returned on the last day in case everything is in order. Apartment is not suitable for youth groups. Swimming pool can be used 9 - 22h. Visitors from outside the house only on request.
