This inviting 4 bedroom, 2 bath townhome sits just over the 25th Street bridge, offering a convenient location with the added perk of access to a bayside dock. While the unit is positioned on the streetside, guests can still enjoy time by the water—perfect for boating, launching a kayak, or simply relaxing by the bay.
The first floor features three bedrooms: one with a pyramid bunk bed (twin over double) and two with queen beds, along with a full hallway bath.
Upstairs, the fourth bedroom includes two sets of twin bunk beds (four twins total). The top level also hosts the bright, open kitchen, dining, and living areas, which flow out to a south facing deck—a great spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. A second full hall bath completes this level.
Off season stays are available for $550 per night, making this home an excellent choice for groups looking to enjoy the island in a quieter, more relaxed setting.
