Thanks to these amazing hosts, I was able to host a birthday weekend with so many of my girlfriends from all around! The house was clean, well stocked, conveniently close to the beach, and provided the perfect place to stay. Would absolutely stay here again :)

Very pet friendly. Very nicely equipped for cooking. Bikes and sand toys. I was a little deceived about golf cart..it comes with additional fee. Very clean and modern. We loved our trip!

Amazing response times, very helpful. This was our first group family trip and the house being close to the beach with the golf cart rental makes it financially cheaper than paying to park everywhere.

Queen bed was hard as a rock. Ended up on sofa due to sore neck. Was under the impression that golf cart was part of overall rental cost, be sure to read fine print buried in property details.

Good location for a family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The duplex was very spacious and had everything we needed. We had a small AC issue but the property management company took care of it the same day. We enjoyed Stoked restaurant and the Spot. I would highly recommend this unit and the A1 team.

We were pleased with the overall condition of the property; very clean and well maintained. The dishwasher was a bit of a challenge to figure out (for us boomers) but we figured it out along with the rest of the appliances. One thing we noted was the lack of table lamps in some of the bedrooms requiring you to rely on just the overhead light. One other issue was that we could not get the clothes dryer to work on day 3 of our stay. We alerted the property manager that the dryer was not working but it was never repaired before we left. We appreciated the outdoor grill but it is on its last legs (won't last much longer). Other than those issues we enjoyed our stay - the weather was perfect which doesn't always happen in September in North Carolina
