In the living room there is a spacious dining table and a comfortable sofa-sitting area with TV (Swisscom TV). Open, modernly equipped kitchen and access door to the terrace with a view of Lake Champfér.
Two bedrooms with one bunk bed each (90cm x 200cm) and a small balcony. Opposite is one of the bathrooms with shower, WC and sink.
One master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink
W-Lan is available in the flat. CHICCO D'ORO coffee machine.
Own washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement.
HOUSE DESCRIPTION
The 2014 newly constructed house is located at the end of the Silvaplana village in the direction to the Julierpass.
In front of the building you will find a nice children's playground.
To the apartment belongs a garage parking place and also a bike- and ski-room with own ski-locker (central heated) and a laundry room with free use of the washing machine.
Shopping facilities and public transport are close-by. The cross-country trails and hiking trails are also in the immediate vicinity.
