The home is situated on a lush lot characterized by mature mango, avocado, and poinciana trees. It is a secure, family-oriented neighborhood that maintains the classic charm of "Old Nassau" while remaining centrally located.

The serenity and tree-lined streets, offer a peaceful retreat from the busier tourist hubs while providing quick access to the island's main attractions like Bahamar Resort, and beaches. There are two other cottages on the property that have tenants (they keep themselves to themselves). You cannot see their cottages from the main house and they do not have access to the pool.
