→ Outdoor Fun: Beach gear galore—snorkeling gear, bodyboards, water shoes, Crocs sandals, beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and a beach wagon—all ready for your use. Don’t forget to rinse them off with the hose on the left side of the house after use.
→ Quiet & Safe Neighborhood: Located in a peaceful, 24-hour gated community for your security and relaxation.
→ Easy Beach Access: Just a short stroll from the beach for your daily dose of ocean fun!
Important Things to Note:
→ Shoe Removal: the red Hawaiian soil, called 'alae, can be sticky. Please remove your shoes before entering the home to help us keep the floors clean and avoid cleaning fees.
→ No Parties/Large Gatherings: we love that you’ll enjoy our home, but we kindly remind you that only registered guests are allowed. If you’re unsure about whether your stay falls under these restrictions, please reach out to us before booking.
→ Parking: There’s parking for 2–3 cars in front of the driveway. The garage has been converted to your very own rec center. Additional roadside parking is available for your convenience.
→ Pet Policy: For the health and safety of all our guests, we allow 1 small pet (30 lbs or under) with an additional fee paid at booking of $100. We use thorough cleaning procedures after every check-out to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
→ Community Pool and Hot Tub: the brand-new community heated pool and hot tub will be available daily from 7am to 9pm. Please use the FOB key by the garage inside the home. Do not lose FOB key, $50 replacement cost. FOB key is located by the powder bathroom hanging on the wall.
→ Fitness Center: A fitness and recreation center is available near our home in the community center.
→ Security: 24-hour gated community security.
