● No events, parties, or loud music are permitted in the home. Please note, the city's quiet hours are from 10pm-7am.
● This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind and vaping is prohibited in the unit and on the patio or decks. Violations are subject to a $250 cleaning fee.
● Lawn service are completed regularly at the property but not on a specific day of the week. They may arrive during your stay but will do their best not to disturb you.
● If you are under the age of 25, have no reviews on your Vrbo profile, or if your rating is below 5 stars, we may decline your booking request, cancel your reservation, and/or require a signed rental agreement. We rent properties without regard to race, religion, color, sex, national origin, handicap, or familial status of any party.
● Our cleaning staff arrives promptly at checkout to prepare for our next guests. There will be a late checkout charge of $50 if you depart 30 minutes late and a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes thereafter unless complimentary check-out has been granted by the host prior.
