Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, die Lage sehr entspannend aber dementsprechend im Winter auch abseits. Die Häuser sind gut in der Anlage verteilt, jede Wohnung hat einen eigenen Parkplatz. Leider sind die Wohnungen sehr hellhörig.
