Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire Villa Imperia estate, including both villas, all indoor living spaces, terraces, garden areas, and two private swimming pools.
All guests remain part of the Jashita Hotel exclusive guest list and may visit Soliman Bay to enjoy:
• Exclusive access to the hotel’s private beach
• Access to three swimming pools
• No day pass fees, normally valued at 150 USD per person
• A complimentary daily shuttle at your preferred time to and from the villas

Villa Imperia is located within the gated community of La Privada, secured by a 24 hour security checkpoint at the main entrance. Personal QR codes are required for entry and will be provided prior to arrival. Without a valid QR code, access will not be permitted. This system ensures safety, privacy, and exclusivity for all residents and guests.

Please note that certain features, amenities, natural conditions, and access to nearby resort amenities and beach facilities may be subject to availability, seasonal changes, and local policies.
Gratuity for the villa staff is customary and greatly appreciated. Recommended staff gratuity at the end of your stay is 10 percent of the villa rental rate during High Season and 15 percent during Low Season, divided among staff members in accordance with the Gratuity Guide provided in your villa’s Welcome Book. It is standard within the villa industry to observe these guidelines. Gratuities and grocery funds are best prepared in cash, in US dollars. Tips are typically given on the day of departure or may be prepaid at the time of booking. A handwritten thank you note is a thoughtful personal touch and is always warmly received by the villa team.
