You'll find 5 bedrooms throughout this home. The first bedroom has a king bed. The second & third bedrooms have two full beds in each. The fourth bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunks, while the fifth bedroom has two full-over-full bunks, & is also LOADED with games & entertainment!

There are two and a half modern bathrooms throughout the home. The ensuite master bathroom has 2 sinks, a toilet, & a walk-in shower. The full hallway bathroom has a sink, toilet, & shower/tub combo. The final bathroom has a sink & toilet only.

☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆
The modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with all new stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).

The dining rooms are right next to the kitchen, with enough seating to comfortably fit 14 people (between two dining rooms), + lots of room for outdoor dining!

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we’re committed to keeping it peaceful and safe for everyone—our guests and neighbors alike. To help us maintain that, we kindly ask that you:

- Respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

- Keep music and general noise to a respectful level during the day—it should never be heard beyond the property line.

- Outdoor speakers are not permitted at any time.

Please note: This home and all its amenities are located within the house or the private, fully fenced backyard. Under no circumstances should guests enter or trespass onto neighboring properties.

Parties and events are not authorized at this listing. Any noise violations, neighbor complaints, or situations where law enforcement is called may result in fines up to $2,500 and immediate eviction without refund.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge. Please note, the pool will not be heated during the summer due to high outdoor temperatures.

We are pet-friendly! The pet fee is $75 per pet per night, max of 5

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
