Herrliche Woche an der Nordsee

Ein tolles Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Strand und Strandkörbe zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir haben einige Ausflüge in die Umgebung gemacht- auf Spiekeroog waren wir auch. Während zuhause eine Hitzewelle war- hatten wir sehr angenehme Temperaturen und nachts kühlte es ab. Das Haus ist ne die ruhige Gegend haben ins

Insgesamt Daumen hoch.

Mit Kindern fällt die Hellhörigkeit schon ein wenig auf, das Knarzen der Stufen auch, da Kinder nun mal viel laufen. WLAN wäre in Zukunft auch schön. Insgesamt aber hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch Frau Haase hat uns stets auf dem Laufenden gehalten und wir fühlten uns bei ihr gut aufgehoben.

Schöner Urlaub

Sehr schön. Küche sehr gut bestückt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Lage top Etwas hellhörig durch die Holzdecke. Das stört aber nur etwas, wenn man mit vielen Kids zusammen wohnt.

Rundum klasse!

Wir waren mit einer befreundeten Familie mit insgesamt 6 Personen in dem Ferienhaus. Die Nähe zum Strand ist spitze, bei der Ausstattung haben wir nichts vermisst. Der Kaminofen war für uns an kalten Tagen ein Highlight. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat uns bei Anliegen zuvorkommend weitergeholfen.

Sehr schöne Auszeit

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne kurze Auszeit, in der die Tochter dennoch gut für den Schulabschluss lernen konnte. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, so kann man auf dem oberen Balkon tatsächlich das Meer sehen. Auch die drei vorhandenen Schlafzimmer sind für eine Familie mit älteren Kinder ein großes Plus. Das Wäschepaket mit gemachten Betten und einem großen sowie zwei kleinen Handtüchern lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Sehr schön war auch die kleine Willkommensüberraschung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Ein grandioses Haus

Ein tolles Haus! Balkone in drei Richtungen, Blick bis zum Meer von der Loggia, Blick auf stehendes Gewässer hinter dem Haus. Ein großzügiges Badezimmer mit Sauna und direktem Balkon. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was wir benötigten, die beiden Wohnzimmer durch die Menge an Fenstern wunderbar hell. Fußläufige Entfernung zum wunderschönen Naturstrand oder zum Strand mit Infrastruktur (mit Strandkörben und Restaurants). Gute und schnelle Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Das Appartement war sauber,und sehr gut ausgestattet( leider kein Wlan).kleinere Mängel haben wir dem Vermieter gemeldet. Fragen wurden über die App vom Vermieter sofort beantwortet. Das Apartment hat eine sehr gute ruhigeLage und nah am Meer. Super für Familien! Spontan konnten wir wäschepaket zubuchen! Wir würden mit der Familie wieder kommen.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Wir waren für 4 Tage mit 6Erwachsenen in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Nach einem Strandspaziergang wurde die Sauna gerne genutzt. Am großen Tisch konnten wir spielen. Alles war schnell zu erreichen. Tolle Restaurants in Horumersiel😋

Super für Familien

Ein tolles Haus mit viel Platz für die ganze Familie. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für Familien mit aktiven Kleinkindern aber nur eingeschränkt zu empfehlen, unseren 1 1/2 Jähriger Wirbelwind mussten wir ständig im Auge behalten, da die Treppen offen sind und er bspw auch den Schrank mit den Weingläsern öffnen konnte oder den Ofen. Mit Babys oder größeren Kindern aber top und die Lage bzw Entfernung zum Strand ist genial. Unter den Betten müsste allerdings mal wieder gesaugt werden.

Es hat alles gepasst: die Lage, das Haus und das Wetter.

Das Ferienhaus ist ein Eckhaus. Das bedeutet, man hat eine Terrasse mehr und einen Nachbar weniger. Die Lage ist optimal: kurze Wege zum Strand und zum Dorfkern. Der Strand und die Umgebung sind extrem gepflegt und sauber. Gut auch zum Wandern und Fahrradfahren (Fahrradverleih in 10 Gehminuten.) Das Haus selber ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Hervorragend geeignet für größere Familien. Im oberen Stockwerk ist noch eine komplett ausgebaute Unterkunft mit Sitzgelegenheit und eigenes Fernsehen. Im großen Badezimmer befindet sich auch noch eine Sauna. Für kühle Tage befindet sich noch ein Franklinofen (samt Holz) im Wohnzimmer. So kann man bei kältere Tage es sich sehr gemütlich machen. Der Parkplatz befindet sich unmittelbar vor dem Haus. Die Verwaltung reagiert sehr schnell und ist aufmerksam. Wir werden gern nochmal zurückkommen.

In unmittelbarer Strandnähe gelegenes, sehr warm und wertig eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, das auch in der kühleren Jahreszeit durch eine kleine Sauna und einen Kamin überzeugen kann. Tolle Kommunikation mit und durch PM AM.
