Hi, welcome to our property. This has been a dream realized for our family. As lifelong skiers, we spent years searching for a mountain home that balanced immediate slope access with the comfort required for a multi-generational retreat. This condo is the result of that search.

We designed this space to be the ultimate basecamp for families who value their time on the snow as much as their time off it. For us, a perfect day starts with a short walk to the lifts and ends with a quiet evening overlooking Breckenridge. Perhaps after a walk to main street a block away for a diner at one of the town' quaint restaurants. We’ve curated every detail—from the high-end kitchen gear to the adjacent ski storage directly outside the front door—to solve the specific logistical headaches that come with a ski vacation.

We are excited to share our home with you. Our goal is to provide a seamless, high-agency experience that allows you to focus entirely on the mountain and your guests. We hope this home becomes the backdrop for your family’s best winter memories, just as it has for ours.

Why they chose this property

This is a prime location where the mountain meets the town. It's exactly one block from Main Street, offering immediate access to the best dining and shopping in Breckenridge, while being tucked away enough to maintain a peaceful mountain atmosphere. You can walk to everything downtown, and the Blue River is nearby. We are also directly next to one of the shuttle stops that can whisk you away to snowflake chair, or to the base of peak 9. Runs every 15 minutes during snow season. No real need to walk, though you could get to the gondola in under ten minutes if you choose.
