The apartment features a large, open-concept living area with a cosy sitting area and TV, as well as a fully equipped, open kitchen. From the living area, you have access to the large terrace. It is furnished with patio furniture, two lounge chairs, and a parasol. The property surrounding the terrace is enclosed and beautifully landscaped, allowing you to enjoy your privacy here. The garden, which belongs directly to the apartment, has a total area of 110 square metres.
The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you need for daily life, such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and glass-ceramic cooktop. A washing machine is built-in and available for your use free of charge. You can enjoy your meals or unwind at the end of the day at the large dining table. The apartment has three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and an additional TV. The large wardrobes offer ample space for your clothes. The third bedroom has two single beds. All windows can be darkened using electric roller shades, ensuring a comfortable night’s sleep in the bedrooms.
