The cottage’s unbeatable location—only 50 yards from the beach and a short stroll to Silver Sands’ social hub—means everything is within reach, yet peace and quiet are never far away. Inside, you’ll find light-filled spaces with tropical-inspired decor, cool air-conditioned bedrooms (each with its own en-suite bathroom), and a breezy open-plan living area with vaulted ceilings. Silver Sands sits just downhill from the small town of Duncans and a short drive from historic Falmouth. Whether you arrive during the day or evening, private airport transfers can also be arranged for your convenience—taking you directly to your villa so you can settle in and start enjoying the beach in no time.

Taxis and ride-share services like Uber are not common here, can be unreliable, and aren’t generally advised.
