Hello group chat! Welcome to this detached holiday home blessed with a quiet location at around 1180 m altitude, near the Zillertal Arena ski area. It extends over 3 floors and features comfortable bedrooms, each with its own wash basin. From the balcony or terrace you can enjoy the mountain views and in the large lounge with billiards and table football you can get together after another exciting day. See you soon!

In winter, the ski bus stops at the front door and takes you to the middle station of the Kreuzjochbahn - Zillertal-Arena in a few minutes for free. So you can leave your car at the house! With its beautiful location among the mountains, Gerlosberg is an ideal destination for those looking for natural beauty and serenity. In summer, you hike and cycle through the distinctive landscape and in the winter months, you enjoy the winter sports paradise

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
