The holiday home Butxaco is located in the countryside between Pollensa and Port de Pollensa, and boasts a beautiful view of the mountains and the surrounding landscape. The 180 m2 finca has been beautifully decorated, and it consists of a cozy living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each, one with a double bed), as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in the bedrooms), a washing machine and satellite TV. A highchair and a baby cot are also available upon request. Your private outdoor area consists of a spacious garden with garden furniture and a parasol, a barbecue where you can prepare delicious dishes, two nice terraces (covered/uncovered) where you can start your day with a warm cup of coffee, and a generous pool ideal to cool off on warm summer days. There is a wide selection of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes in the centre of Pollensa (7 minutes driving, 3.3km), while the closest beach, Platja de Can Cap de Bou, can be reached in approximately 7 minutes driving (4.2km). The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, and its airport can be reached after a 45-minute drive (62.5km).
