The condo was awesome. Great location, super clean, very recently updated and everything we needed was in place. Great communication at every point. Next time we are in Grand Rapids we will try to book here first.

Host was friendly and communicative during the check-in process. The room was great and roomy for our family of three (2 adults, 1 child). The outside of the building is not representative of how clean and nice the actual apartment is - so don't be alarmed!

Like the other reviews state, do not judge this one by the exterior. The interior is very nice! Be ready for steep stairs. The property description mentions stairs and they are not kidding. As long as you're good with stairs, this place is perfect! Location was great! It was fun being in the heart of the action. We would stay here again.

The listing clearly mentions that the outside renovations aren't done, but in case you missed that, don't let the exterior scare you off. The apartment is wonderful! The spacious layout, walk in shower, and very comfy couch were great! The check-in process was a little confusing, since we got messages from the host and VRBO that were a bit different, but the host was extremely responsive when messaged and prompt and gracious when we arrived. The only thing that was even close to negative was that the detergent used in the bedding is highly scented and could be an issue for some. Otherwise, this was a great apartment in a convenient location to anywhere in town. I would highly recommend it!

Clean, new, and convenient. The outside might not look like you expect but the inside is nice and the location provided easy access for everywhere we wanted to go.The air conditioning is a window unit so it was a bit warm.

The entire interior of this two bedroom apartment has been recently remodeled and everything is new. Great bedrooms , bathroom and kitchen area. The exterior is in the midst of an update so don’t let the exterior turn you away from this great apartment.
