The tiny home was clean, comfortable, and very well appointed. The rocking chairs on the porch are a great way to relax with a lake view after a long drive. The host is very nice and knowledgeable about the area.

The cutest and cleanest place you will find in Live Oak Florida. Had the most comfortable bed and great WiFi. Super quiet location and perfectly placed location. The host was so sweet and so hospitable. 100% will stay here again.

This place is an absolute gem. Conveniently located right off I-10. About a 30 minute drive from many springs. The cleanliness, along with the well thought out amenities, makes the drive worth it. The host was communicative with helpful recommendations. The lake is beautiful. Would definitely stay again.The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked (although the kitchen does not have a range, there is a toaster oven).

Very nice place. There were 3 of us and we brought a cot for which there was room. The bed is very comfortable. And watching sunrise on the porch was very nice

My wife and I just wrapped up a stay at this charming tiny house in Live Oak, and honestly, it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that a lot of thought and care went into every detail — the design is clever, cozy, and full of character without feeling cramped. It genuinely felt like a little retreat of our own.The host was outstanding — responsive, warm, and made us feel completely at ease from booking through checkout. That kind of communication makes all the difference.The kitchen was surprisingly well-equipped for a tiny home, although we did not cook, everything was available. The outdoor space was a highlight too — peaceful, surrounded by nature, and the perfect place to decompress with a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.Location was spot-on — easy to get to, yet tucked away enough to feel like a genuine getaway from the everyday. We throughly enjoyed our weekend stay at The Nest! The accommodations were exactly what we were looking for! From the serene property to the deliciously soft towels in the bathroom, The Nest had everything we could need or want! The host, Debbie, couldn't have done a better job for us!
