Great location on the river, and the house was quite spacious, the beds were very comfortable but there was lack of seating for groups of people. There was plenty of seating outside but it was all very dusty. Inside seating consisted of 3 small (not terribly comfortable) sofas in 3 separate rooms & 2 upholstered chairs, one in each bedroom. There was an over large kitchen & no dining space, just 3 backless counter stools.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is very cute, quaint, and comfortable. We had everything we could ever need! Laura was very nice and welcoming and made sure we were good!
