The Can Mates Nou house is located the south of the island, in the countryside, in a very calm place, ideal for children and relax.

The situation of the house is very exclusive. The house is located to 9 Kilometers of Santanyí town and 5 minutes in car of the Campos town, where you will find all the services: restaurants, gas stations, banks, supermarkets.



The house is located to 15 minutes of the best beaches in the island: Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Ràpita, Sa Colònia.

Parties and events are not allowed.



No celebrations or events are allowed in any of our houses. During the stay, no more people than those authorized by contract and/or prior notice and authorization by the owner may come to the house.

The persons will be identified on the day of check-in and in case of non-compliance, the reservation will be invalidated.

Pros: Una casa muy hermosa, tal cual las fotos, bien equipada, excelente distribución. Piscina y amplios jardines Cons: La fallas de luz. Prender varios equipos al mismo tiempo, hacia que fllara la electricidad

Acorde con lo que esperábamos

Pros: Se nota que son profesionales de alquiler vacacional, todo estaba pensado para el confort desde la simplicidad de una casa de campo. Tuvimos un problema con una llave y lo resolvieron enseguida. Cons: El check out es demasiado pronto, entendemos que estábamos entre vaquerías, pero en ocasiones el olor llegaba a la casa…pero nada que no se pueda soportar.

Bonita casa pero con innumerables deficiencias: humedad en todas las estancias, armarios con problemas de humedad que nos apestó la ropa. Pasamos el día insertando monedas en una maquina para aclimatar la casa ya que el aire se paga a parte. Cama y colchones muy incómodos. Sofás pequeños e incómodos. Tuvimos que comprar de todo. Se nos dejaron 3 rollos pequeños de papel WC para 3 dias y 8 personas. En la cocina faltaban servilletas, aceite y sal. Y para rematar, al contactar con el dueño para proponer un cambio de fecha, nos respondió de malas maneras y no quiso adaptarse a nuestras necesidades.
