Spacious 16’ x 38’ swimming pool and large pool deck area with chaise lounges and other pool furniture. Elevator to all levels. Private spaces for watching TV or reading throughout the home. All BRs have private baths, flat screen TVs. Seven BRs have deck access. The main recreation room features a wet bar, large TV, foosball, air hockey and a poker/game table perfect for playing cards or putting together a puzzle; additional sitting/recreation areas and mini kitchens on each level. Theater room offers comfortable seating with large flat screen TV to enjoy movie night with the family. Spacious main kitchen features granite countertops, 2 large capacity refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 2 large dining tables and plenty of bar seating. Two separate laundry areas on first and second floors each with washer/dryer. High speed wireless Internet, 13 flat screen TVs, multiple DVD players and ceiling fans throughout are just a few of the additional amenities in this coastal paradise. Well designed and comfortably decorated this is the perfect home for a comfortable vacation for the entire family with covered and open decks, rocking chairs and other outdoor seating options as well as a gas grill. 5 refrigerators, 5 icemakers, 3 dishwashers.
