Holiday Apartment 'Schlern' with Animals, Sauna & Mountain View

The cozy 45 m² holiday apartment Schlern is located on the family-run Heiglerhof in Steinegg (Cornedo all'Isarco), South Tyrol, just 30 minutes from Bolzano. Cows, calves, chickens, and two affectionate cats offer you an authentic farm experience. This accommodation is ideal for families, couples, and those seeking peace who want to enjoy a nature-filled holiday in the Dolomites.



The apartment is on the 2nd floor and accommodates up to 4 guests. It features a double bedroom with an extra sofa bed for one person, as well as another sofa bed for two in the living kitchen. The kitchen comes equipped with oven, toaster, filter coffee maker, moka pot, and kettle. Dish soap, kitchen towels, toilet paper, and hand soap in the bathroom are provided. From the balcony, you enjoy a wonderful view of the Rosengarten and Schlern mountains.



On request, you can use a bread delivery service with fresh croissants, rolls, farm-fresh milk, eggs, and jam for an extra fee. The outdoor sauna on the terrace is shared but can be used privately until 10 p.m. Bed linen and towels are included; a change is available for an extra fee.



The spacious outdoor area features a sunbathing lawn, garden, terrace, barbecue, and playground. There is a covered parking space for bikes and a heated room for ski and winter sports equipment. A washing machine outside the apartment on the ground floor is available for a fee. An EV charging station is also available for a fee.



The area offers many hiking trails, e-bike routes, and climbing spots. The ski resorts Carezza, Obereggen, and Seiser Alm are about 25–30 minutes away. Steinegg has two small grocery stores.
