Quiet country retreat on a scenic gravel road by Frontenac State Park & Lake Pepin. Cozy lower-level guest suite—easy drive to Red Wing/Lake City, 45 min to Rochester. Hike, birdwatch, snow trails & lake days—bring your water toys!
Enter through your private, code-locked entrance and settle into your own cozy lower-level suite. You’ll have a full kitchen for meals at home, plus welcome basics—coffee & tea, honey from my own hives, sugar, creamer, oil, and salt & pepper.
After a day of exploring, unwind in the massage chair beside the gas fireplace, or sink into a long soak in the tub. Fresh linens are ready so you can truly rest—whether you spent the day adventuring or simply relaxing on the property.
Step outside and enjoy 5 peaceful acres, with Frontenac State Park adjoining the property for easy trail access. Depending on the season, you can hike through brilliant fall colors, hunt for morels or fiddleheads, or snowshoe in winter. When evening comes, gather around the fire pit and watch the stars.
If you want to explore town, you’re a quick drive to nearby eateries and local bars—many with live weekend music. I’m happy to share my favorite spots for food, trails, and quiet places to recharge.
