The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom 7 sqm and with dinette, TV, dishwasher, electric cooker induction cooker, refrigerator (80 l), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom 8 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and hairdryer.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with electric iron, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per antenna.

Location
Stintino. The holiday flat is located in a residence, on a garden plot. Wi-Fi is not directly available in the property, only in the public area. The complex, built in 2020, is located just a few hundred metres from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, La Pelosa¹ (a beach with a limited number of guests, which can be booked on the official website of the municipality of Stintino), overlooking the protected marine area of the island of Asinara, which was declared a national park in 2002. Within the complex there are communal facilities such as a swimming pool, a barbecue area and a playground. In the immediate vicinity there are bars and restaurants.

For sports enthusiasts there are centres for diving, kitesurfing and windsurfing, as well as the possibility of excursions and boat trips.

The old fishing village of Stintino is only 4 km away, therefore a car is recommended. The village is known for its picturesque harbour and the new marina, where there are many typical restaurants. On summer evenings the centre comes to life with the colourful night market. On the nearby beaches of Gabbiano and La Pelosetta there are bathing establishments where you can rent parasols and loungers (the opening of these services is at the discretion of the private operators). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
