The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out time: 10am
* Lock and close all doors, windows, and blinds.
*Dump all trash into out door trash bend.
*Strip sheets from all beds used and place with used towels in basket in laundry room.
* Turn off the thermostat in game room behind the bar, and turn off A/C, heater unit in upstairs bedroom.
* Cover the Jacuzzi and reduce heat to 90.
If the house is left a mess, dirty dishes, trash, food left out or on the floors or furniture, dirty counter tops/ stove etc., guest will be charged extra cleaning fees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
