HISTORICALLY PROTECTED SPA-STYLE VILLA NEAR THE BEACH
The Waldhaus is a historically protected building in the turn-of-the-century spa style, located in the West district of the Baltic Sea resort town of Kühlungsboorn, just 150 metres from the beach. The lovingly furnished 2- and 3-room holiday apartments each feature at least one terrace or balcony, as well as a parking space or carport spot next to the house. The basement is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, which you can use for a fee. There is also a bicycle storage room on the property.

LOVINGLY FURNISHED 2-ROOM VACATION APARTMENT WITH BALCONY
This lovingly furnished 2-room holiday apartment is located on the second floor of Villa Waldhaus. The combined living and dining area is furnished with a sleeper sofa (130 cm wide), an armchair with a footrest, a 32-inch flat-screen TV, a radio, and a dining table with 4 chairs. From here, you can step out onto the furnished balcony, which faces west.

The open kitchenette, designed in a modern country style, is equipped with all the essential kitchen appliances and utensils you’ll need to prepare the perfect dinner: The kitchen features a 2-burner stove with an exhaust fan, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a toaster, along with plenty of cookware and tableware, round out the kitchen amenities.

In the bedroom, which also opens onto the balcony, a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm) invites you to a restful night’s sleep. The spacious closet offers plenty of room for your holiday wardrobe. The tiled bathroom with a shower and toilet provides ample storage space for your toiletries.

SPECIAL FEATURES
The rental price includes all utilities, such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels can be booked separately from us for an additional fee. Please order them well in advance so that we can have the linens package ready for you in your apartment before your arrival. 

As an additional service, free Wi-Fi is available; however, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. The apartment includes one parking space. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building for a fee. There is also a bicycle storage room in the building.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
