Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
- Check out by 11:00 AM - Turn off all lights and appliances - Load used dishes into the dishwasher - Place used linens and towels in baskets in each bedroom closet
- Set thermostat to 75°F before leaving - Close the gas valve on the grill/BBQ and lower the umbrella on the deck - Bag and dispose of trash in container near the shed
- Lock all doors and windows securely
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The property was very remote, beautifully appointed & very clean. Wildlife everywhere. We saw a fox, lots of deer & bunnies. Everything was FIRST CLASS & the host was very available. The only thing I would suggest is to have a regular coffee maker, more trash bags & either larger trash cans outside or additional ones. We would definitely stay here again & would definitely recommend it to anyone.
