Welcome to this welcoming condo in Port Charlotte. This awesome space features two bedrooms with an adjustable king bed, a queen bed, plus a futon for extra comfort. Guests also enjoy a cozy living room with a 75" television and televisions in both bedrooms. This fully furnished, newly remodeled condo includes two full bathrooms and large washer and dryer making it easy for everyone to refresh. This condo has a heated pool with a beautiful water view, a cozy river beach and a fishing pier. This quaint retreat offers everything guests need for a comfortable stay with nearby restaurants and shopping. A change of clothes is all you need to make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.

The check in and communication with Will, the host was fantastic. The condo was updated and flows very well. All the modern details of home. Tons of room for living. The heated pool and small private beach are a wonderful retreat. And the fishing dock is a treat for fishing or watching people fish. The location is great for getting to shopping, dining, and exploring.

My wife, two children and I reside in Southern Illinois near St. Louis, Missouri. Our family has always dreamed of owning a place near the beaches in an area that stays warm year-round. Allowing others to enjoy our condo has allowed us to do this.

Why they chose this property

Port Charlotte is centrally located and is a great launchpad just a few miles from several beaches. This area is traditionally not a tourist destination, keeping traffic and crowds to a minimum. It’s just a few miles from the Tampa Bay Rays Spring Training Stadium and there are many restaurants and shopping areas nearby. Just a few miles away, The Twisted Fork is local favorite for casual dining and nightly bands.

What makes this property unique

Our condo has been completely remodeled and has an open design with private bedrooms both with bathrooms attached for added privacy. Our condo has been set up to be comfortable and efficient for both long-term and short-term stays. The heated pool and fishing dock are an added bonus.
