This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sits directly on the sand at Carlos Pointe, where guests can enjoy sweeping vistas of the Gulf of Mexico and Big Carlos Pass. From the private balcony, you can watch boats drift by, savor a glass of wine as the sun sets, or relax with a good book in the fresh sea breeze. Inside, the condo features a comfortable living area with a large flatscreen TV, along with a TV in the Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom for added convenience. Each bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, providing a rare and desirable layout for couples, families, or friends traveling together. With its recent updates, modern touches, and serene waterfront setting, Carlos Pointe 221 offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and coastal relaxation.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. Building elevators and ample on-site parking for your convenience. There is free Wifi in your condo, along with a stackable washer and dryer.

The beachfront pool offers a place for swimming or just enjoying our sun-filled days with great views of the Gulf and Lovers Key State Park. PLEASE NOTE: the beachfront at Carlos Pointe is HUGE and extends from Big Carlos Pass to the south and the Gulf to the west.

Additional on-site amenities at Carlos Pointe include a GULF FRONT HEATED POOL, ample lounge chairs to soak up the sun, a shaded picnic area with lots of tables, and a social room overlooking the pool. There is also a large room with a full-sized fridge which is perfect to bring snacks and drinks to the pool and keep them cold all day. It is important to note that the beach is WIDE in this location and will be a longer walk to get to the water. Due to the location of the condo near Big Carlos Pass, you will almost always see dolphins and find beautiful shells. The walk is 100% worth it!

Fort Myers Beach is famous for its breathtaking sunsets, long white sandy beaches, shell collecting, boating, water sports and excellent fishing.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza will offer you shops, restaurants, bars and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. The southern bridge at Big Carlos Pass is now open to cars and bicycles for easy travel access off island to Bonita Springs and Naples, but construction continues until May 2026 as they remove the old bridge.
