Why they chose this property
This is in Old Nags Head Cove. It's an older community and quiet with nice amenities. The best thing I love about the home is the location. It is quick to get to once on the island and shopping is nearby plus the sightseeing areas are close.
What makes this property unique
Honestly, it's just another beach box house in a beach community. But it is our beach box house and our goal is for it to be affordable and convenient.
