We had a very nice time. Great location to meet with my family. The bed was a little firm.

This tiny home is adorable and the view of the pond at night with the lights is magical. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had and made us feel comfortable. Downtown Denison being 10 minutes away made leaving for food or other necessities very quick and easy. We weren't able to enjoy sitting outside much due to the weather, but we managed to see some fireflies at night! Overall, a nice and relaxing stay.
Loved it, but someone used the pier while I was gone

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for this experience. We spoke with the neighbor after learning what happened and made it clear that access to the pier is for our guests only and that this cannot happen again. We understand that privacy and enjoying the amenities you booked are important parts of your stay, and we regret that this impacted your experience. We truly appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we could address it, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a fully uninterrupted stay in the future.
The house was really nice and had a good feel. The comfort of the couch and bed could be a little more comfortable. Both were pretty firm.

We’re local to Denison and love creating peaceful spaces where people can truly unplug. Hosting allows us to share a little slice of country life with guests who want something different from the typical hotel stay.
We live nearby, so if you need anything at all, we’re close and happy to help — but we also respect your privacy and want you to fully relax and enjoy the property. Our goal is simple: a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay.
Why they chose this property
We chose this location for the quiet country setting and the pond views. It’s peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature — but still just a short drive to restaurants, shops, and Lake Texoma.
Mornings here are calm with birds and water views, and evenings are perfect for sitting by the pond or enjoying a fire under the stars. It gives guests the best of both worlds: convenience and seclusion.
What makes this property unique
This isn’t just a tiny home — it’s a private pondside retreat with its own pier and water views right outside your door. Guests can enjoy coffee on the deck, relax by the fountain, unwind around the firepit, and take in the quiet setting.
The combination of waterfront views, privacy, and a modern, well-designed tiny home makes it a rare and peaceful escape near Denison.
