This tiny home is adorable and the view of the pond at night with the lights is magical. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had and made us feel comfortable. Downtown Denison being 10 minutes away made leaving for food or other necessities very quick and easy. We weren't able to enjoy sitting outside much due to the weather, but we managed to see some fireflies at night! Overall, a nice and relaxing stay.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for this experience. We spoke with the neighbor after learning what happened and made it clear that access to the pier is for our guests only and that this cannot happen again. We understand that privacy and enjoying the amenities you booked are important parts of your stay, and we regret that this impacted your experience. We truly appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we could address it, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a fully uninterrupted stay in the future.

The house was really nice and had a good feel. The comfort of the couch and bed could be a little more comfortable. Both were pretty firm.
