Nestled just five minutes from the National Sports Center, this spacious four-level split home, built in 1979, offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. With four bedrooms and room for up to ten guests, it's ideal for family gatherings, sports teams, or a group of friends.
Enjoy the convenience of two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a fully equipped laundry. Step outside to a large patio perfect for relaxing or cooking on the outdoor grill. The cozy outdoor fire pit adds to the ambiance, making it perfect for evening gatherings and marshmallow roasts.
Inside, you'll find ample living space, modern comforts, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Plus, you're conveniently close to everything the Twin Cities has to offer, from shopping and dining to entertainment and cultural attractions. Whether you're here for sports, relaxation, or a bit of both, you'll feel right at home. We provide a starter set of paper towels and toilet paper. We are pet friendly.

This is NOT a party house. No party events allowed. We do allow family gatherings. Please respect our neighbors. This is a quiet family neighborhood. No smoking please.

Check in was so quick and easy. The home was so comfortable and suited nicely for our family visit. The location was perfect for us! Easy to find and close to everything we needed! The host checked in with us to make sure all things were going okay. The beds were awesome and neighborhood so quiet! Every night was restful. We will definately look for this home for our next visit!

We loved David's home! We needed a home near Fridley with 4 bedrooms, at least 2 full bathrooms, and a fenced in backyard for the dogs.There were 7 of us here from out-of-state for my mother's memorial service, and all of us were very pleased with the accommodations. The yard is huge, beautiful, and has a fire pit with chairs, a concrete patio with a table and plenty of chairs. (There is also a grill, but we didn't use it). Both the dogs and humans loved the back yard! The home was very clean, well stocked in the kitchen (e.g., plenty of silverware, pots/pans, dishwasher soap, papertowels, K-cups) and bathrooms (including shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner), had great bath towels, comfortable beds, and plenty of spaces to hang out in (a living room on the 1st floor; well-lit/natural light family room on the lower). There is a small, round table for 4 in the kitchen plus 2 counter-height chairs. The larger table is down a short flight of chairs and near the family room. There is yet another lower level with a huge bedroom (2 queen beds) with a window; and, next to that, a well-stocked laundry room with a washer/dryer (we used), laundry soap, dryer sheets, iron and ironing board. The garage was available for your car, if needed; and, the driveway easily held our 2 SUVs and van. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We all agreed that we would highly recommend this bright, cheery home to anyone. Thank you, David, for sharing it with us!

My family had to travel to Minnesota on short notice and we booked this property for 5 nights. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood and was stocked with all the basic necessities your home away from home.. Loved the huge yard and how peaceful it was during our stay. Appreciate David for everything. He was also a great host. We would definitely book again if we ever passed through town again.
