The sundeck also features a gas firepit, BBQ grills and picnic tables as well as 2 common area hot tubs. The clubhouse building where you will check-in also houses the community laundry facilities. The property has secure, paid underground parking and a shuttle service during the ski season.

Why they chose this property

Kutuk Condominiums are just a quick walk to the base of the Steamboat Ski Area where you will find dining, shopping & activities. In the winter, there is a ski access trail that comes right to the property boundary where you can walk to the sundeck and store your gear in the provided ski locker. Then, its just a quick walk across the street to get to the slopes in the morning. The property has a stream that flows between the two buildings and its so peaceful to hear in the summertime. You can just open the window from the condo and hear it. Kutuk also has secure parking, a huge sundeck with amenities like 2 hot tubs and a firepit. You are right in the heart of all of the Steamboat Ski Area activities but the property feels peaceful and on its own.
