This beautifully renovated 17th century Périgordian style self catering cottage is a with 4 b/rooms, 3 bathrooms & which can accommodate 8 guests comfortably. The cottage is situated only 1 km from Tremolat village, with its fabulous restaurants, wine bar, cafe, boulangerie and is only 30 minutes from Bergerac Airport.

The cottage itself offers 3 outside eating areas, use of the beautiful big swimming pool, volley ball, ping pong and 8 non-professional bikes to explore the area.
