Your front door opens out onto a an acre of land that includes a protected stream, and you are just steps away from the Battle Branch Trail. Walk the trail to UNC in just 20 minutes, or take Chapel Hill transit’s free bus line, which will take you to UNC or downtown Chapel Hill in less than five minutes. This residential community feels like you are in the woods, but is convenient to UNC and downtown Chapel Hill. Easy access to Durham and the rest of the Triangle via nearby I-40 as well. Apartment is 750 square feet-- cozy, with gorgeous views of woods, plus eat-in kitchen. This property has no television, but guests will enjoy excellent hi-speed WiFi. Patio in the back is surrounded by woods and features excellent bird watching - hawks, woodpeckers, bluebirds, owls. Plenty of parking, convenient to fantastic restaurants, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, and other shopping.
